Artec Studio is dedicated to developing high-quality architectural lighting projects through close, proactive relationships with the design teams and clients. Shaping light, we create innovative lighting designs that enhance the architecture and its contents, while achieving the program and sustainable goals. Our lights emerge from the experience developed in our lighting designs projects and the study of the function and emotion of the light interacting with space and people. The studio, by merging research, technology and taking care of details, has developed new concepts of light. Our designs are produced by recognized manufacturers and have been internationally awarded.

Artec Studio’s lab is dedicated to exploring the most interactive, social, and artistic aspects of the light as a channel to create intangible and exciting light art content. This enables our team to shape the perception and cognition when being part of experiences, interacting with artworks, or creating identities through light.
Gran Casino
Girona , Spain 2010The lighting approach of the Gran Casino Costa Brava follows a concept in accordance with the intrinsic precepts of a casino within the framework of an architectural proposal that is both organized and coherent with the environment in which it develops.
The luminous focus point of the project is located on the main facade through the linear arrangement of a lighting system that is integrated into the inclined planes of the facade. These plans open in the lattice in front of the space of the foyer through a facade that provides identity to the casino, mainly because of the digital lighting system that extends to the marquee.
The lighting of the facade is also used to generate special lighting effects that adapt to the activities programmed by the casino.
