A dynamic mirror of night urban life
The facade combines architectural lighting and dynamic lighting. The building responds as though it were alive at night. Plaza de España is a place of architecture, culture, cafes, restaurants, bars; and people from all over the world. Thus, the design is inspired by the idea of the steadily changing movement of people in the square, like the water in a river or clouds crossing the sky. Invisible in the daytime, the illumination mimics the flow of urban life at night.
Led technology was used throughout the hotel, at temperatures of 3000ºK and 2700ºK. The facade used a DMX Control, DALI for the interiors, except the decorative lamps which used phase dimming.
